over heat on Predator PHN16-71-72DN

I was playing apex legend on predator helios neo 16 then I saw that the cpu and gpu were in the range of 80-90 degrees Celsius. even up to 99 degrees. is that a normal temperature for cpu and gpu?
I play on the highest graphics and I don't think it's a problem because apex is not a very performance-draining game (even in normal graphics it can touch 90 degrees Celsius).
if that's not normal, is there something wrong with my laptop? or any way to lower the heat?
I have also checked the fan and thermal paste and it is still normal because it is still one month of use. please help :>

How did you checked you fans and thermal paste condition? 90°C + is not normal. Thermal throttling start at 90°C.

To lower temp try -

You can follow these steps if your want to lower more-

1)Fps cap 
Capping fps to lower value like 60, 100, 120, 140, etc can greatly lower cpu temperature and keep cool
(Cap you fps through Nvidia software or use RTSS)

2)Prop the laptop up with books around the sides to reduce heat
Grab stack of 2-4 books that are equally thick. Slide the spine of a book 2–3 inches (5.1–7.6 cm) under the right side of the laptop. Do the same on the left side of the laptop.

[You can also Buy good cooling pad in which stands are inbuilt, its better than books]

If you still face high temperatures then you need to need to change default thermal paste.

my mistake there sorry. i just want to say that the thermal paste and fan should still be fine because it's only one month of use (i also make sure the fan is clean by looking at it from under the laptop) thank you for the advice you gave, friend. i will let you know if there is a temperature change on the laptop. once again thank you very much.

If these temperatures become worrisome change your Power Plan from High Performance to Balanced and reduce the Processor Maximum Power State from 100% to 99% or lower in Advanced settings Power Plan. Also recommend getting a powerful 5-fan but silent cooling pad the size of your laptop, as suggested above.

Acer default thermal paste can be bad sometime. Many new users changed their laptop thermal after 2-3days of purchase
