What is your laptop model number, as allot of laptops have different Wi-Fi/BT cards that only certain drivers work for them, so that we can guide you more precisely.

Go to Device Manager > Network drivers > then choose either from your WLAN or LAN > Properties > Driver > Update drivers > Browse my computer for drivers > Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer > then chose the latest driver from the list and reinstall the available driver.

This should refresh the driver and either your WLAN or LAN should work 100%, otherwise your Wi-Fi/BT card is faulty, or you have corrupted drivers that need to be uninstalled and the latest Wi-Fi/BT drivers installed as fresh install.

Thanks, StvenGen. My new note book is Acer Aspire5 A515-57-519B.

    (1) I can open the Win 11 system [windows_to_go] by F12 selection ; but can't use the note book devices, such as Lan card(wifi), sound card.

    (2) Please give me full operation guide line to boot the system and devices.

You need to look in Device Manager (right click the windows taskbar icon) and click on Device manager, then see if the Wi-Fi/BT card sections are installed and operating properly and none of them are showing an exclamation mark next to either Bluetooth section and/or in the Network adapters section in Device Manager.

If they are or the wireless and Bluetooth are not working, you either need to completely install or reinstall both drivers for whatever card you have, as this laptop has either an Intel or an MTK or an MTK MT7921LE model Wi-Fi/BT card from the Acer Drivers & Manuals for the A515-57 laptop or you need to refresh the drivers by doing the below steps:

Go to Device Manager to either Bluetooth and Network adapters > right click on either your Wi-Fi or BT card either the Intel or MTK > Properties > Driver > Update driver > Browse my computer for drivers > Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer > then look at the latest dated driver that is in that list and reinstall that driver, as doing this will refresh the driver for your Wi-Fi or Bluetooth and should make either one work that you have refreshed.

Make sure that you have all the windows updates and Intel UHD Graphics and other updates for this laptop done. Be aware that the new Win-11 23H2 is available and you should update to that version but its last "2023-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5032190)" is problematic and will not install, if that happens don't install this new 2023-11 Cumulative Update for 23H2" as I'm also having troubles with the installation of this update.
