I plugged in my mouse and headset in my Acer Nitro 5 and isn’t turning on.

It used to work, but after a bit my mouse light isn’t turning on and not working in anyway.

Same goes for my headset, but the light is on, but it’s not working and no sound is coming from my headphones only the speaker built in the laptop

Have a look at Device Manager and see if the mouse and headset is showing there, as by looking at your mouse its a Razer type gaming mouse and this Razer equipment all need their specific drivers, don't know about your headset, but it must be the same.

Or go into Device Manager and refresh both drivers, as the drivers that you must have had were generic drivers that got corrupted and you need to install the proper drivers for the headset and mouse to work, so try that.
