Acer Aspire V5 no longer turns on, tested with new battery and charger but no go

mein Laptop Acer Aspire V5 geht nicht mehr an. Hab neues Ladekabel bestellt und ein neuen Akku. An beiden Sachen liegt es nicht.
Meine Frage ist jetzt ob ich mein Laptop an Acer schicken kann und die nach gucken woran das liegt und ob das noch zu reparieren ist.

Meine ganzen Bilder und andere Dateien sind drauf würde die gerne wieder haben ohne ein neuen Laptop kaufen zu müssen.

Hello! Can you provide the computer model? Example: AV15-51-5589. Can you explain the problem better? If the LEDs do not light up, it is because the 19v or primary voltages are missing.
