Hello im owning an Helios 300 PH315-54-725M, Im planning to upgrade the memory in this pc but on the site could not find the maximum upgrade specs, does this model support gen4 m2 ssds what is the maximum size supported for the m2 slots and the sata3 slot? because i would like to at least put 4 tb for each ssd m2 and an 8tb sata3 drive if possible. For PredatorSense i honestly think the time to auto turn off the keyboard is too short i mean come on 30 seconds is too short can you guys make an update giving us the possibility to chose after how muck time the keyboard will auto turn off, or at least make it 60 seconds? Because i like the rainbow lighting keyboard and would love to see it for more time after i finish to use the keyboard hehe, i know i can disable this setting and have the keyboard always on but i dont even like to have the keyboard always on especially if i go away from the pc the monitor shuts off after 5 minutes and the keyboard is still on, i know i can use the manual keys fn + f9/f10 to shut off the keyboard but having to shut off the keyboard manually every time is not very practical or also i can close the monitor when i go away from pc but also this is really unpractical for me, so please Acer devs im sure you can do it, give us the possibility to chose for how muck time we want the keyboard to backlited before to auto turn it off. I would be so happy if i can set the keyboard to auto turn off after the same time the monitor turns off for example i have the monitor set to turn off if i go away from pc after 5 minutes and would love if also the keyboard turns off after 5 minutes, Also an other request is i would love to try linux im thinking on this pc would be cool with Garuda or Nobara can you develop PredatorSense for those linux distros too?

By the way even if im having those little requests im still a very happy owner of this nice notebook, thanks a lot for this nice product Acer! ;-)

Your model has two Gen4x4lane m.2 card sockets and one SATA3 2.5" HDD/SSD socket. While all sockets should support your desired capacities, some cards and drives might not be fully plug-n-play over 2TB.

Your model also has two RAM sockets that will support up to two 32GB DDR4 3200MHz sodimms for a total of 64GB RAM.

At the moment, PredatorSense is only compatible with Windows. We Acer users have no way of knowing when or even if it will be available for Linux. Since PredatorSense is proprietary software that can access undocumented BIOS functions from the Windows environment, future updates may offer some of the features you'd like to see. Until then, the only settings available are inside the existing PredatorSense software and BIOS firmware updates at this link.
