Forgot password for Acer Aspire V5

I’ve had tiny Acer Aspire V5 for years and reset the password last year and can’t remember it, even with the hint, I’ve tried the Alt+F10 and still nothing, I’ve tried to put my laptops SNID and S/N to customer service but it just keeps refreshing it, like I’ve said I haven’t used it in about a year or two.

If you use a Microsoft User Account, go online to MS Support click Forgot Password and change your password. If you have a local User Account you need to add a new User or User Account with the Command Prompt in Windows Recovery OS. The only way to open WindowsRE without a password is with the Windows Recovery USB stick, but don't know how to do that with Windows7, probably need a DVD repair disk, Google that.
