Issues removing the motherboard on the Orion PO3-630 to change the CPU cooler

I need to remove the motherboard in order to upgrade the stock CPU heatsink to the new Noctua NH-U92 95mm. I have an intel chip and the first step of the instructions is to take the motherboard out to install the new backplate.

I have removed 6 obvious screws from the motherboard but it seems to be stuck at the back where the usb and audio out ports are, and at the front where the same ports can be found. There is no easy way to remove the front of the case, nor is there a way to remove the back panel to access the rear of the motherboard. I haven't seen any helpful guides that explain how this is done so I'm hoping someone hear may be able to help!

Thanks in advance

you dont need to remove the mb the acer backplate will work. you just need the correct screws to mount the new cooler. i have a newer 2022, 5000 series and mine took 4-m3x10mm screws for the Noctua mounting brackets.
