PO3-650 (i7-13700f & RTX4070) CPU Heat who are more experienced than me: are those Temps "normal"?

    That's not unusual, especially if you are looking at peak temperatures rather than steady state. The fans are run using a lookup table based on CPU temperature, so you can easily get spikes before the fan can kick in an do anything. You should be seeing steady temps in the high 80s with the stock cooling and heavy gaming. If you replace the stock cooler with the Noctua many people here recommend, that will drop by 10-15C. There's no physical reason why those temperatures will cause any damage, but they will cause lower performance under heavy use. Things gets throttled when you get into the mid-90s…
