I bought the Acer desktop back in July.
Lately after a few hours of work, the mouse pointer starts acting irradicably.
Move the mouse a little and the pointer doesn't move, then all of a sudden it jumps to somewhere.
Too hard to control to get to where I need it to be.
Updated all the drivers I could find on the website, but problem not fixed.
Please help. TY

Try "Disable Adaptive Sync Settings", tip #5 in this link: https://www.drivereasy.com/knowledge/solved-mouse-lagging-and-stuttering-on-windows-11/
Look at task manager and see if you have any High Usage processes as It will take away the mouses capabilities.
I had that that with my TC-895 and it the mouse would shut down the USB's. I'd have to reenable the USB ports.
I never found the problem and it went away. I was using an hi-usage program (Texas Hold'em).
I reloaded Win, different mouse and delete and re-installed drivers. Nothing helped but staying away from Zynga. A few days I tried again and it was OK and has been since (a year or so)
BUT it could be a WEAK BATTERY too if remote.
There are so many different things this could be… A weak battery on the mouse could cause it, but that's unlikely at it's age, those batteries last a long time. More likely would be a background app that's running and raising havoc with the system. Test in safe mode to verify the issue doesn't appear there, then try adding apps and such back in a few at a time.
Hello! Have you tried it with another mouse?
