Battery start up issue nad the unit not powering on

When my battery is drained and the laptop is off i cannot start up again charging is also not possible

i need to open the laptop en disconnect the battery from the main board. When reconnected everything is back to normal.

Can this be solved as it's very anoying that i have to open the laptop when i forget to connect the charger

    You should not drain the battery below 2-4% as that will damage one or more cells that won't be able to be charged (battery Smart logic will block the charging for safety). If you haven't changed the factory defaults settings in Power Plan you are OK otherwise reset the Power Plan to factory defaults. How old is your laptop and when did you replace the battery, if more than 4 years old you should get a new battery. If the battery is still OK (Windows Battery Report shows present battery capacity >50% of the design capacity) boot to BIOS with F2 and reset with F9, save on exit and reboot normally to Windows. In Device Manager uninstall these two battery drivers (red circle on picture) and just reboot.
