ACER NITRO 5(AN515-57-584E) Lagging on every game after deep cleaning and rethermal pads and paste

My laptop is working well I have like around 150 fps on Valorant but on a different game like dying light 2 and apex legends after playing those games for a little minute the fps drops to 1 and when I exit the game the desktop is also lagging it will only be fixed by restarting the pc. But when I recently bought this laptop I can play dying light 2 and apex with high graphics playing for hours with a stable fps. Now I only play valorant because thats the only game I have stable 150 fps with medium graphics. I went to a laptop service store to help me with my problem and they told me they can do deep cleaning and re-apply of thermal pads and paste. So I went with that and when I got the laptop it works well but when i tried opening valorant i get like 30-50 fps and its so laggy and much worse than when i didnt have my laptop cleaned and re-paste of thermal pads and paste. Same goes with other games

Temperatures are fine after repasting and cleaning?

I had this error and when i checked the temp on gpu it just says 0 percent and 1 percent and on geforce experience the drivers on gpu it says no information available

And for the temperature when doing nothing but just browser

You may not did repasted and cleaned correctly. Clean your laptop and repaste using my methods -

Note- Cleaning air vents and fans are also important as applying good quality thermal paste correctly..

st draw X on your CPU/GPU chip in this way that it doesn't spread out of chip when applying heatsink 

-Never remove heatsink after applying new thermal paste because Once you remove the heatsink off, you create a void or air bubbles get inside where the thermal paste used to be and risk of overheating because of the unprotected areas.

I have no idea what the technician did all I did was asked for their service from a service center to do deep cleaning and re-thermal paste and pads maybe they did a mistake?

They probably didn't do it correctly. Will you able to do it by yourself without damaging anything?.

if not then you should visit service centre and ask them to apply thermal paste and clean laptop probably because your laptop has shown no improvement in temperatures.
