Assuming you don't have the minimum configuration with an Intel i3CPU, a 1-year-old Windows11 laptop should be superfast if i7 1255U CPU and 2x8GB DDR4 modules running at 3200MHz.
If this lagging happened recently, uninstall programs that you added, if this laptop had a slow response right from beginning you should uninstall all bloatware and 3rd-party programs like McAfee, Office trial version, Google Chrome, etc., All these programs are trying to update 24/7 or backing up your system to Cloud, unless you have 100s Gbps internet upload and download speed this will slow down the system tremendously. Also Windows11 will have been updating/upgrading your system. Check in Task Manager what processes are running on the background that use a lot of your resources, check the Memory tab what RAM is available, check if the Ram speed is 3200MHz. If you only have 8GB DDR4 installed (either 4GB or 8GB RAM is soldered on the motherboard) you should add an 8GB DDR4 3200 MHz module in the empty slot, if 4GB is soldered you can opt for 2x4GB (8GB total RAM) and add another 4GB 3200MHz so RAM will run in Dual Channel mode at 3200MHz, adding more GB will cause RAM to run in Single Channel at half the speed.

Thank you for reply, my laptop is 4 days old, when I received from online electronics shop I immediately updated to latest windows 11 update and also Acer care updated, I expected to be faster and I added 16g of RAM it became 24g but still very slow, every 5-6 seconds it lags so much and suddenly stopped the mouse cursor to move

and also when I watching Netflix or YouTube video it so laggy every 5-6 seconds it lags so much, it created a cracking sound when lagging, I installed only chrome, I uninstalled the Norton antivirus. I updated also the bios of my aspire 5 but still the lag persisted. Any help what is happening in my laptop? Thank you in advance

So, you have 8GB onboard and you installed a 16GB DDR4 module in the removable RAM slot, that combination will not run at 3200 MHz, what speed is indicated in Task Manager Memory tab,1600 MHz?
