Hi all,

My recently bought Aspire 515-57 repeatedly has issues with recognising any insertation into the usb port (mouse, hardrive, memory sticks). Also it doesnt recognise that my laptop has bluetooth at all. Ive updated laptop which solved the problems for a day now it is recurred and my laptop is now up to date. Can anyone shine some light on how to solve these issues?

Is your Windows11 fully updated to 23H2 version 22631-2506? If not, click on Check for updates.
Refresh the system image with this command (Open the Command Prompt as Administrator and copy and paste this line):
Dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth and press Enter. Then in the same command prompt windows type:
SFC /scannow and press Enter. Repeat the SFC command after it has repaired corrupted files till you get "Found no integrity violations". Open Device manager and check for any yellow exclamation marks and (greyed out) "Unknown Devices" also check Hidden devices and expand the "Universal Serial Bus controllers" folder to check if there are issues (greyed-out or yellow exclamation marks)

Uninstall these problem drivers. Uninstall the Bluetooth driver make sure you are online and boot. Windows11 will install the BT driver.

Verify that the USB devices you are inserting are W11 compatible and comply with the USB port type: 2.0, 3.1, etc.
