Ram will run at 3200MHz if 2 identical DDR4 modules are installed (Dual Channel Mode) Acer recommends this for your laptop:

Maximum RAM supported is 64GB, 32GB/slot. 2 x 16GB is recommended by Acer.

The PCIe M.2 SSD , up to 1TB NVMe was tested by Benchmark for your laptop:
    https://www.userbenchmark.com/System/Acer-Nitro-AN515-56/231353
The first socket is normal full NVME speed PCIe Gen3 x 4. The second socket is normal half NVME speed PCIe Gen3 x 2
The Crucial RAM modules you list will work, you should buy the set to make sure they are identical. The Samsung 980 Pro is a Gen4 SSD that will run at half the speed in a Gen3 slot, I recommend you look for an equivalent Gen3 SSD:

Thank you i upgraded ram and ssd in a store near me and i also asked them to clean my laptop and apply new thermal paste and pads the guy said the thermal pads are good and he applied thermal paste without cleaning the old paste i asked him to clean it then apply but he refused and applied it on old pasted and told me it's ok

Is it really ok or Should i visit another service center and clean it and apply new paste again

    Thank

For a 1-year-old laptop the thermal pads should be still OK. Not removing the old paste is OK too, so you are good to go. 😉

Don't forget that you added a Samsung 1TB NVMe SSD without heatsink, thermal pad or system cooling, that will add a lot to your laptop temperature. Also some older W11 updates are reported to cause overheating, make sure you are on W11 23H2 version 22631.2506

Hey scorpion6689 I've got the same laptop and here are some tips of what you should do, as I've been using this laptop since Dec 2021 and my laptop never ever overheats like your laptop does, and I do gaming and use this laptop virtually every day, your AN515-56 is either setup wrongly, or there is something wrong with your laptop, as it shouldn't be reaching those temps unless you are playing some hard-core games like car racing games like I do, which are F22 or Assetto Corsa or Battlefield IV, as this laptop only reaches those temps like 92º or above, monetarily and only while playing games, as the fans should come on full speed and cool the cpu/gpu down. That temp of 92º at idle of your laptop should NOT be happening. That computer shop that cleaned and repasted your cpu/gpu should have cleaned the old paste completely off the cpu and gpu before applying the new paste. DON"T RUN YOUR LAPTOP with the old and new paste as it will damage your cpu and gpu and could be why your laptop is reaching those high temps.

After the repaste, install the latest NVidia drivers and when installing these graphic drivers use the Custom Install and Clean Install the new driver so that all the previous NVidia drivers from your laptop are uninstalled, then install the GeForce Experience software for gaming and set the NVidia Control Panel software and games in Program Settings to the High-performance NVIDIA processor.

My AN515-56 specs are also at 32GB total ram 2x16 Hynix DDR4-3200MHz CL22 type ram modules, and in SSD1 M.2 slot boot drive, I have a 1TB WD SN770 Black PCIe 4x4 type drive and in SSD2 M.2 slot slave drive I have a 1TB WD SN730 PCIe3x4 type drive and in the 2.5" SATA space I have a 2TB Seagate Barracuda mechanical drive which makes this laptop operate with a total of 4TB storage that operates perfectly at the temps shown in the Nitro Sense below, this laptop constantly operates at those temps below when the room temp is up to 28º, but the laptop runs a bit hotter when the room temps increase above 30º in summer.

Here is an example as these are the temp of my AN515-56 laptop today and now when I wrote this, the outside temp in my areas is 20º and room temp is 25º, this laptop has been on for 5 hours with just general web surfing and being on Acer community, this is what your laptop should be running at, as you can see the gpu doesn't even register a temp as its not being used and the whole laptop is running very cool.
