Display flickers in 144Hz Should I claim a replacement laptop?

Good afternoon, I got an Acer laptop on may this year, and I noticed this problem the first month: - if the screen is in 144hz mode, wich is how it came by deafult, there will be occasional flickers, like the screen is kinda losing signal, I found a solution for this online which is using 60hz mode and I thought "Ok, I'll let it pass" because I don't really care about 144hz, but a couple months ago I started having another problem:

The Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 that comes inside the laptop started under-performing in ALL games, doesn't matter if it's a new or ancient game, high or very low graphic settings, even if it's in 800x600 resolution, it seems unable to reach 60fps and GPU usage increases in like 20-30%, and this happens sometimes when I turn on the laptop, I mean, sometimes it runs games as it should, and sometimes it has that problem. I reinstalled the drivers and that solved this problem but only for a couple weeks, then it comes back.

Also I want to mention that I don't play heavy games, and not only that, I always play in medium-low graphics because I like to conserve the Laptops life, and I have short gaming sessions, like 1-2 hours a day, and some days I don't even play anything.

Now to the latest problem that appeared just 1 or 2 weeks ago, and it happened 2 times already:
I started having Blue Screen of Death, the cause:
VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE,

file that failed:
igdkmd64.sys (which means it's the Intel Integrated Graphics)

I checked on the internet and it says that this happens when I want to play a video my system ends crashing, and that's how it happened, I tried to play a video on youtube and windows stoped working, it happened 2 times already, also it said that the main cause is a technical problem with the graphic card.

So I started thinking about claiming a new laptop using the warranty if these problems can't be solved or repaired.

Thanks for reading, hoping you could give some advice.
