Acer Predator Helios 300 display not working the screen is off.

In morning I was doing some of my work and suddenly I started see many horizontal line so I suddenly switch off my laptop, but after the I again On the laptop but now the rest of the system is working fine like fans, keyboard light, but screen is off. So I just contact to my friend for HDMI cable and he was have it so I contacted the HDMI cable to my laptop and tv some I managed unlock the password and then I pressed windows + p and then down key after that I can see my screen on Tv , and then I went to device manager/monitors.

And there I can see only one available screen of Sony , Generic PnP moniter option was missing .

And before that day there was an window 11 update too.

And Now my screen is off .

What would be the reason for that, and how I can solve it.

Since an external monitor is working it could be a hardware issue with the screen cable or screen itself. You can try to restore your system to an earlier point, type Restore in the Search bar and click on "Create a restore point" then click on System Restore and choose a date before you had screen issues. If nothing helps including resetting BIOS (boot to Bios with F2 and press F9, save settings on exit) and your battery with the pinhole (if available) in the back of your laptop, I recommend bringing/sending the laptop to Acer Services in your country to check the screen.
