Hello, those who purchased this product on Amazon stated that they encountered a 165 hz screen and 100% sRGB. Is it possible there is something wrong here? Yes, it's a bit strange, but they shared on the forum that they really have a 100% sRGB screen.

Those are advertised claims. Just about all brands make perhaps overly optimistic claims for built-in screens in their ads. Unless actual colorimeter results are provided with the system —- as with high-end external monitors —- the percentages should probably be taken lightly.

It's really sad that it's about advertising.. why are they lying?

Thank you for everything. I also have another question. Where did you find the information I asked you?

Maybe not lying but wishfully assuming. Meaning coverage might've been achieved in a limited sampling of production screens. But this doesn't necessarily mean all screens produced will be the same. Unless, as mentioned, a colorimetric results certificate comes with the purchase or confirmed by making your own colorimeter measurements on the screen's rgb light output.

Info was from independent reviewers comparing their own colorimeter results of store-bought Acer models with other competitor models. So these too are limited samplings that aren't quite as good as expected from the ads. But perhaps more representative or realistic for an ordinary retail purchase.
