Acer nitro 5 significant decrease in performance.

I got this laptop in 2020, and to be fair its quite an aging model (Ryzen 5 CPU, RX 560x GPU) but the decrease in performance I've experienced is shocking.

Firstly, Super easy to run games like ROBLOX can sometimes be unplayable. For example for one game it said 'Loading' for 15 minutes, I clicked 'Play' after 15 minutes as I got impatient and suddenly all the assets suddenly loaded in. However as I was playing the frames drop to 3-5 FPS for around 5 seconds and this would happen every few minutes and would ruin the gameplay.

Another game I've experienced the decline in performance is Valorant. I noticed that whenever I played the deathmatch gamemode, It would always put me into the game after everyone else and by the time I spawn in, Other players have already accumulated high amounts of kills making it seemingly impossible to win. Today, I tried testing it out again and I was stuck on the loading screen for around 5-7 minutes so in the end I just ALT f4ed and gave up.

Lastly fortnite is just an overall accumulation of both my roblox and valorant experiences. Sometimes the loading screen just gets stuck on loading, I played it with a friend recently and it was just unplayable. Assets weren't loaded in, Frames would drop constantly, My game would freeze occasionally, it was just an overall morbid experience.

And the main thing about all these issues is that all games would run fine and super smooth initially so its not a hardware issue as the graphics for these games have not drastically changed at all. I've done everything possible to fix these issues, I've changed my power plan,updated my drivers, Set my nitrosense to max performance, today I even opened up my laptop and cleaned the dust of my fans and so far theres been no change. One thing to note is that I do watch football on dodgy websites but I doubt that this can cause such a decrease in performance. Is there anything I can do to stop this?
