I wanna change my cpu in my AN515-55-55HZ but i wont upgrade it it will be the same cpu

my laptop nitro 5 AN515-55-55HZ cpu died on me and i wanna change it not upgrade it i will just get the same cpu can i replace it somehow?

You need to phone Acer in your country to get a new mainboard for your AN515-55 or search the web for a renowned Acer parts online retailer like ZANDPARTS (who at the time that I'm writing this didn't list any AN515-55 mainboards in stock) .

Have a look at AliExpress as that is the only seller that I found that sells mainboards for the Nitro AN515-55 and here are two mainboards of either an i5-10300H with an RTX3050 gpu or an i7-10750H with an RTX3050Ti gpu:

1. Nitro 5 AN515-55 mainboard - SRH84 I5-10300H GN20-P0-D-A1 RTX3050 on here at AliExpress for USD $534.21 with FREE shipping.
2. Nitro 5 AN515-55-59MT Laptop Mainboard CPU I7-10750H SRH8Q LA-K861P NBQDV11002 this has the RTX3050Ti on here at AliExpress for USD $558.61 With FREE shipping

BE WARNED - that Used and New and Tested mainboards/gpu's/cpu's/chipsets/Super IOs or just normal chips coming from China are NOT 100% Guaranteed that they will work even if the seller says that its been tested! …I speak from personal experience with buying electronic components from China like and from AliExpress and eBay that state that they are new and tested but they all ended up faulty and not working, so be careful, as if you order this AN515-55 mainboard and it doesn't work, then its a long process to send it back and get your money back from China especially through AliExpress but not so much eBay as they guarantee their products beung sold through eBay. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

Hi,

The CPU is soldered to the motherboard and you can not replace it with another CPU because it's a BGA type CPU which means it has Ball Grid Array and it can only be soldered on the motherboard.
