Why can't I use latest version or predator sense on my 2020 model predator?

Shouldn't the software be accessible and updated as it is one of the required application. Shouldn't acer look into it and distribute it like ASUS Armory Create ??

Depends on the 2020 Predator model number and whether or not you're still running Win10 or upgraded to Win11. Which model do you have? For example, PH315-22? PH517-55? PH315-53? There are dozens of 2020 Predator models.

While some models like PH315-53 will run Win11, some Win10 apps like PredatorSense and Win10 drivers might not work properly under Win11 until Acer Win11 updates are available at this link. We Acer users have no way of knowing when or even if the Win11 update will appear. You just have to keep checking the link for Win11 updates like the rest of us users.

You can sometimes get the Win10 app to run by reinstalling the Win10 updates in Win11's "Win10 compatibility mode" by right clicking properties on the app installation file, and clicking on the compatibility tab in the box that pops up.
