CPU is at 100% while gaming and low fps while gaming on Nitro 5 AN515-45

Good evening, for a couple of days I have been experiencing problems regarding the fps in the game. I have a Nitro 5 AN515-45. On a couple of popular fps pvp games, where I normally ran at 120fps, I'm no longer able to play. I have low fps and the CPU always works at 100% while the game is open. Has the same thing happened to anyone? Is it normal for the CPU to be constantly maxed out while gaming?

Initially check with the help of the Task Manager (taskmgr.exe) whether there is a process or service consuming excessively resources (CPU, RAM, Disk) on your system.

Also check, if your Nitro 5 AN515-45 is updated with the latest available BIOS / UEFI firmware version:
