Drivers & Manuals Support Downloads not showing for Predator Helios PH16-71 to download Nitro sense

Hello, everyone.

I have a Predator Helios 16 and due to issues with Predator Sense not responding, I uninstalled the program so I can redownload and install it from the support downloads in Drivers & Manuals on the acer website. However, when I enter the Product Name, Serial Number, or SNID, the webpage processes and acts like it's bringing me to the drivers - only to bring me back to https://www.acer.com/us-en/support/drivers-and-manuals like I didn't enter anything. My web history shows an attempt to go to the results page with my model number (Shown as Predator PH16-71), but clicking the link or reloading it just goes back to the default support page where it asks for the information again. It's stuck in a loop and I'm getting no where with trying to get my drivers, ect.

I'm using the correct information from both acer care center and the serial number detection tool from the acer website.
