If you want to replace Windows 10 with another operating system by using a flash drive and your computer does not give you the option of booting from USB, download "Plop Boot Manager" and install it. When you reboot your computer, you will be given the option for booting from Plop Manager which will give you the ability to boot from USB. It is free, works well and you can search it on youtube for a video showing you how to use it, if you are visually oriented instead of following written instructions. However, instead of going ahead and doing that, I would suggest that first you do everything possible to clean out your bunged up computer of everything that is slowing it down. You may find it will work to your satisfaction. You should not be saving anything on a machine with such a small hard drive. Move all photos, saved files, downloads (if you want to keep them) onto flash drives or removable hard drive. Uninstall all programs that you don't need and run computer cleanup. Instead of going back to Windows 7, you should seriously consider downloading one of the free Linux operating systems. It comes fully loaded with Libre Office Suite with the ability to install a multitude of free programs. There is a bit of a learning curve as with all Operating Systems but you may find that once you use Linux, you will never go back to Windows.

Even when you manage to install W7 you can no longer activate W7 online. Also upgrading to W10 with a W7 product key has been blocked by MS last December. 😑
