Does anyone have a problem with the occasional screen freeze. My screen freezes every few minutes for 2-3 seconds and then it works normally and after a few minutes again. Sometimes they freeze and then I close the screen cover and lift it up again and then it unfreez

Boot to Safe Mode and observe the system while working, if no freezing you have a display issue, uninstall your display driver(s) in Safe Mode with DDU and reboot, make sure Inernet is working, and Windows will install the correct display driver(s) for your laptop.

If the freezing also occurs in Safe Mode you have to activate Safe Boot in MSconfig.exe: Disable all non-Windows services and Startup apps, click Apply and boot, if that works you have to figure out what Service or driver is causing the freezing, starting with enabling your Wi-Fi Wlan driver, click Apply and boot. If OK you have to repeat that procedure for each service. 😶

If you just bought this laptop, I recommend bringing or sending it to Acer Services in your country for checking.
