Running Windows 11 and an RTX 3080Ti.

I just received a SpatialLabs View ASV15-1B. I updated all drivers and firmware and installed suggested software.

The recommended monitor resolution according to Windows 11 is 1920x1080. I have to create a custom resolution to force it to 4K.

All SpatialLabs applications run quarter size in the centre of the display, sometimes with 3D effect, sometimes with a stacked interleaved SBS effect.

This is certainly not the expected behaviour as advertised.

I contacted Acer chat support. They sent over a very basic manual…

Does anyone know how to get this display working as intended?

Changing the monitor cable has fixed the issue. It was running at 1080P.

    Thanks for your replies.

What happens when set to 1440p?

The behavior you have mentioned is not normal. This monitor is intended to be used as a 4k monitor; it will work with lower resolutions, but it's not ideal. the only time I have seen this behavior on mine was when I tried Wolfenstein II, the new colossus. also, try to play with the monitor menu, you can access it from the right side of the monitor in the back. make sure under "system", wide mode is "full." that's what I have mine set to.
