Hi,

I've seen adapters usb-c to dc. My laptop doesn't support power delivery so I can't charge it via usb-c and I was wondering if it's possible to charge it using 100W powerbank and adapter.
Thanks for any help.

No, you can't, you need a USB-C port with Thunderbolt PD support to use a power bank with a laptop. Even if you find a large power bank with an inverter (UPS) to power your 110-220 VAC brick AC adapter the power bank will be depleted in 10 minutes. If you can find the right barrel plug for your DC port (not recommended) and connect a 100-watt power bank with the correct DC voltage output directly to your laptop it will charge the battery possibly up to 40% with all sorts of power issues in BIOS and MS ACPI battery drivers/Windows Power Plan. Then your power bank will be depleted and will need charging again, so you will have two devices to charge frequently when traveling, completely defeating the purpose of a mobile laptop function. 😉
