I bought my predator ph315-53-79E7 from malaysia back in 2021. Today i have this problem that is when i remove my power cord from the laptop it just turns black. Without the power cord attach it is not even turning on with battery. The battery shows 100% charge but not working without power. What might be the problem? Thank you

So I opened the back of my laptop and disconnected the battery cable for about 10min. After that connected back the cable and it worked. Thank you so much for the help

  • Hi @Anik665 does the screen go black or does the computer turn off?
It is possible that the battery is in poor condition even though it indicates 100% and this information is incorrect.
Perform a calibration on the battery and then a reset to check if it can "wake up" the battery.

    Thank you.
