I just bought an aspire 5 less than 3 weeks ago and now the touch pad has not worked for almost 2 weeks. I bought it in the UK and am no longer there so not possible to take back to the shop. I have tried several things apart from getting the battery removed. I see that on the 2/10/23 I had a 410 PnP error and I cant seem to fix this. Also there is no driver installed as it says it windows compliant and working fine. So not possible for me to update the driver or is it possible? I would love some help from someone if possible.

Hi @Verny do you have a key on your keyboard with a key with this symbol or something similar?

Press to see if you have the Touchpad locked.

Can you please indicate the exact model of your computer and the version of Windows installed?

    All the best!
