Reset BIOS with F9 in BIOS and save settings on exit, in Device Manager uninstall the 2 battery drivers (picture) and just reboot.

If this is a new battery, did you register a full charge cycle? If not, Windows Battery Meter will be inaccurate and the battery readings you get are false. To register a full charge cycle (sometimes called "calibration" in this forum) for BIOS and Windows ACPI drivers you first charge the battery till the amber charge LED turns blue, wait 10 minutes and unplug your power adapter or USB-C charger. Work normally with your laptop all day till the laptop turns itself off (goes in hibernate mode at <4% charge). Close the lid and plug in the adapter or charger, leave the laptop, just let it charge till the amber LED turns blue again and wait another 10 minutes. Boot to Windows and create a Battery Report (Command: powercfg /batteryreport), check what the last 100% charged capacity is (should be the same as the design capacity) and last estimated hours battery life (should be at least 6 hrs). If you see none of this in the report and get very low capacity and estimated battery life readings, you need to replace the battery.
