a715-42g Persistent stutter after an hour of play on a new laptop

Got a715-42g (R5 5500u,gtx 1650)few weeks ago. Amnesia bunker is the only sort of heavy game I'm playing now. But for some reason I get constant stutter after like an hour of gameplay and it keeps at it in the desktop and browser as well.

The GPU usage is 50-80% at 60° CPU usage is about 20% and stays below 70° while gaming.tho im running the base 8gigs of ram which is recommended for this game

This tool, developed by the same person that makes Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU), called Intelligent standby list cleaner (ISLC) is supposed to solve stuttering caused by the RAM management in Windows 10 (creator update and higher).

Steps to setup app-

See your "Total system memory", as you can see mine is 16334 (it should be 16384 to be exact).

If the app is running, press "stop". Leave the default 1024MB in section "size is at least".

Put half of the RAM you have (total) in the "free memory is lower than", so mine is 8192.

Check two boxes below, auto-start ja launch at logon.

Also on the right column, check "Enable custom timer" and set "Wanted timer resolution" to 0.5

And use ISLC polling rate (ms) 500 from dropdown menu.

And press Start, now it should be automatic and it starts every time you start windows so you don't have to do anything.
