Acer X183H monitor How would I factory rest the settings on my monitor?

I have a Acer X183H monitor that was working fine a couple of days ago but after changing some setting on my monitor, it stopped working all of sudden. Now, the screen loads up but after a second or two, it fades to black. Is there any way I can reset the setting of my monitor to the default ones?
