You probably checked this error already: Corrupted or missing system files, bad device drivers, virus attack, compatibility issues, bad sectors, etc. all can cause the BSOD. Since you cannot boot to Windows anymore, try pressing ALT+F10 as soon as you see the ACER or Predator logo, hopefully this will get you the Troubleshoot screen, where you can Restore the system to an earlier point or completely Reset this PC without losing your files. You can also uninstall the last Windows update if that was the cause of the BSOD.

If Alt+F10 fails you have to make (or use your Windows Recovery disc) a new Recovery USB flash drive on another Windows PC, just insert a FAT32 formatted 15+GB flash drive in the USB2.0 slot and type recovery drive in Search of the PC with the same Windows version. Takes an hour to make. Insert this stick in the USB2.0 port of your laptop and boot to BIOS with F2, move the USB drive to the top of Boot Devices in BIOS Boot screen, save settings on exit and reboot without F2, now you should see the Troubleshoot screen. 😉

See this guide "How to Fix CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED Errors in Windows" if this guide dosent fix your laptop fully then do a Hard Reset of the laptop by taking the back cover off then disconnect the main battery and take it out, disconnect the RTC/BIOS battery and short its +&- pins to reset CMOS and take the ram modules out, leave the laptop disconnected for 15min and then reconnect all components back again, this should reboot your laptop and you should have an image on the screen. Do this and let us know what happens, as the best solution for a Critical_Process_Died is to reinstall windows with a clean install.
