As stated in title I was trying to do something that wouldn't work and got angry so I hit my laptop under the keyboard and just right of the mousepad, so right on the battery I think. When I did, my computer completely shut off, wont make any noise, and wont turn on anymore. Any help greatly appreciated.

WOW, laptops don't get repaired by hitting them with brute force😁 as doing what you did most definitely breaks things and can cause allot of damage, anger and brute force does nothing to repair an electronic device🤣.

Try to first undo the back cover and then see if there are any visible components or anything that has come lose like a battery, ram or as a worse case scenario, it could be that some components that attach to the mainboard have come lose (in the space where you hit the laptop) or you have broken a component (which you won't be able to see unless you take the mainboard out) as thumping a laptop can cause different faults and even breaks components as it definitely doesn't fix things!

Do a Hard Reset, remove the eleven (11) screws securing the lower case to the upper case. then disconnect the main battery and then take it out, disconnect the RTC/BIOS battery and short its +&- pins to reset CMOS and take the ram modules out, leave the laptop disconnected for 15min and while you are waiting see if any other components are damaged?

RTC/BIOS battery mainboard plug short the +&- pins to reset CMOS

Afterwards reconnect all components and reboot the laptop and see if it boot or comes on?

If your laptop doesn’t boot or turn on after all the above then you have caused some serious damage to the laptops mainboard that needs the whole laptop to be taken apart and the mainboard removed, and inspected for any cracks that could have happened or other circuitry components that have either broken and are stopping your laptop from booting and turning on.

Inspect the circled area of the mainboard if you hit the underneath to the right of the touchpad, as there are allot of commonests and circuitries that could have been damaged by your action, mainboard or attached components are fragile and can break easily.

I recommend bringing the laptop to Acer Services in your country to inspect the damage.
