The Predator Helios PH16-71 was never ever listed as being able to run on 64GB total ram, Acer officially lists this laptop in its SG at max total of 32GB with 2x 16GB DDR5-5600MHz ram max speed modules.

These are captions from the Acer Predator Helios PH16-71 SG memory specs table and type of ram listed by Acer in this laptops Service Guide.

@StevenGen thanks greatly that clears up a lot and i was able to navigate across the site and find it now. Would you be able to recommend what is needed to upgrade the SSD and maybe a site you utilize for purchasing both RAM and SSD?

The most suitable M.2 type SSD1 for this laptops boot drive is a PCIe4x4 and imo the best and fastest drive is the 990 PRO PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 SSD 1TB MZ-V9P1T0BW which you can hunt around on either eBay, Amazon for best prices, with the ram and due to this laptop using the DDR5-5600MHz its a bit harder to get, as this ram is only new and even Hynix doesn't have stock for the ram that Acer lists as compatible for this laptop, so try this ram on the same retailers or specialist memory retailers on the web, is my suggestion.

I'm a big fan of crucial. Which stick are you running with specifically @triniboyshaq ? I got the 13700HX so I believe won't benefit from the highest clock speed.

I have 96go of RAM (Crucial DDR5) + 4to Crucial SSD + 2 to EVO SSD. Everything works fine except ram limited to 4800mhz (instead of 5600) due to the s***** ACER BIOS.

    (I have a Predator Helios Neo PHN16-71 - i9 & rtx 4070)
