Acer Swift 3 SF314-54G ram problem (DRAM Frequency drop to 655.0MHz)

I have a problem with my RAM speed, my laptop Acer Swift 3 SF314-54G has DDR4 RAM specifications with size 4GB SODIMM 2400MHz, but when I checked on CPU-Z I found the DRAM Frequency was around 665.0MHz occasionally rising to 1195.0MHz but only a few second. From my research, it's normal for the RAM to drop by half the laptop's specifications, but this has dropped by 1/4 of the laptop's speed, from 2400MHz to 665MHz. how to increase the RAM speed of my laptop? Thank You

The following is a screenshot of my laptop's RAM test on CPU-Z:

    Hi,

You may have 8GB onboard memory+ 4GB removable RAM in your model because CPU-z shows 12GB total memory in your laptop, so half of the 8GB RAM works as dual channel with the 4GB removable RAM, and the rest work as single channel, hence the reduction of frequency, actual frequency is 1330MHz= 2x665MHz.

Could you please post the pictures of SPD tab for the slots shown in CPU-z

Please try to only open one thread for your question. I already answered on the other. You have put a slower module into the socket than what is on the motherboard, so the system has slowed memory access down to match than module.
