Acer Aspire 3 says now that "Computer started unexpectedly, or and unknown error occurred.

Hi

I just ordered a new laptop -Acer Aspire 3 with win 11- and was doing setup for it when it got somehow jammed. Then when I was trying to reset it to it's preferences (by removing microsoft accounts etc) and start the process again, it says now that "Computer started unexpectedly, or and unknown error occurred. Windows-installation cannot be continued. You can install Windows by restarting Computer again by choosing OK and start the installation again" . - And when I press OK it just get's me back at this same screen and leaves me to it.

So what should I do now? Does my guarantee cover this kind of error?

Hello! Please provide the exact model. Example: AN515-55-5890. What happens when you press alt+f10 before the acer logo?
