ok when i goto startup my laptop it states harddisk security sata port 0 hitachi s545032b9alock…how do i fix this??

I have already returned the bios back to default and still nothing

    If you have set a hard drive password, you can try entering it when prompted to unlock the hard drive. If you don’t know the password, you can contact Acer technical support for assistance, as we can't give you a guide on bios password cracks.

    If you’re seeing a “Harddisk Security SATA Port 0 Lock” error message, there are a few things you can try. One option is to restart your computer and enter the System Setup (BIOS) by pressing the F2 key during POST. This should prompt you for the hard drive or BIOS password. If you don’t know the password, you can try entering an incorrect password once or twice to see if it prompts you for a hint code. You can then contact Dell technical support with this code to obtain a release code.
