Acer swift 3 Why my serial number is showing invalid while doing End customer registration?

I have recently purchased a new laptop, Acer swift 3 (oled) i5-12500H from Flipkart. While doing end customer registration (warranty registration) of the laptop, the serial number is showing invalid. So, I am unable to complete the registration. Please help me regarding this.

    Yes, I emailed to the acer customer care (acersupport@in.aegisglobal.com) stating my problem and by providing required details (name, address, pin, contact number, serial number, SNID, model number, product name and attached to the email the screenshot of the problem, image of the laptop's back where serial number, SNID, etc are mentioned and pdf of the purchase invoice copy). They resolved my problem by validating my laptop's serial number. And now I have completed my end customer registration (Warranty Registration).

    Don't mean to be rude, but are you sure you are entering the serial number and not confused with some other number?

    Email in to the acer customer case with your purchase proof and the the laptop serial number and they would be able to help you out.
