Keypad mouse won’t do anything I’m not sure what to do to fix it!

my keypad and mouse won’t do anything and it won’t even show the little mouse on the screen! I’m not sure what to do to fix it! Can anyone help me please?

    You mean Touchpad or the numerical keypad at the right side of your keyboard? if you don't have an Android, for a keypad issue, uninstall the keyboard driver in Windows Device Manager: Standard PS/2 Keyboard and just reboot. If you mean Touchpad:
    First check that your touchpad is turned on with the special FN keyboard key (finger sign) and check in Windows if touchpad is on (type touchpad in the Search bar) Use an USB external mouse till you fixed your problem. If you still don't have touchpad working, you have to uninstall the touchpad drivers with Device Manager (12C HID Device and Touchpad). Make sure Internet is working and reboot.

    We can't provide any more detailed suggestions without knowing what computer you have. Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like xxxxx-xxx-xxxx.
