Acer Aspire A515-56 driver_power_state_failure when restarting, what is wrong?

I've had an Aspire A515-56 for a little over a year now and it has some weird things wrong with it, although I am sure they are all interconnected somehow.

About 70% of the time, when I wake my laptop up from sleep by opening the lid, the network adapter says that no networks are available. I then go into network adapter settings and disable the network adapter and it promptly disappears. I then go into the device manager to try to reenable it and it says it gets enabled but it never works.

I have tried uninstalling the network adapter device, it just gets stuck on uninstalling

Also, when I go to restart my computer to fix this issue, it gets stuck on restarting for probably 5 minutes and gives me a blue screen with the error code driver_power_state_failure.

I have tried resetting my power options to default and that didn't work

If I go to shut down my laptop that works but when I try to turn it back on it acts like its on but no display is happening so I have to hold the power button to shut it off again and then finally when I turn it back on after that it finally boots up and the network adapter has magically reappeared.

I've updated windows

I've reset to factory settings while just keeping my files

Core i5-1135G& 2.4ghz
