The Spin SP314-55N is a new laptop and your laptop should be under warranty, don't open the laptop and/or try to fix anything, as doing all that will void the Acer 12 months warranty and Acer Tech Support will not fix your laptop under warranty, so be warned..

If your laptop is out of the Acer 12 months warranty, then open the laptop back cover and disconnect and take the main battery out, disconnect the RTC/BIOS battery and short the + & - pins of the RTC/BIOS batteries mainboard plug pins with a flat screwdriver, then take the ram out, leave all components disconnected for about 15min and then reconnect everything and reboot the laptop, as this should reset the Super IO/BIOS and Chipset chips and make the laptop boot, if not then there are other issues with your laptop like power, screen or cpu and its integrated graphics that have issues and need a technician to analyse and fix.

These are the components that you shopuld take out including the ram:

Thank you for the help. My laptop is under 1 year international warranty bought from Abu Dhabi. Currently I’m in india but Acer india said service will be provided on chargeable basis. What should I do? Laptop was bought in February 2023.

Also, they are not willing to respond to the emails I sent them. Really in need of help. This is the worst experience I had with Acer.

You should be able to have them repair it under warranty no matter where you bought it. Use the Acer site and open a ticket with them, don't try to contact a repair depot directly.
