Acer Nitro 5 battery/charger/device? problem

Hello,

I have big problem with my acer Nitro 5.

I was charging my phone on my notebook, which was turned off, but I didnt charge my notebook while doing that, so battery level fell to 0.

First problem: when i plug adapter into my notebook, it doesnt charge at all, the orange light doesnt turn on, nothing basically happens. I found on the internet, that its most likely because of faulty charger or faulty battery, BUT I am not sure, if its not more serious because of the second problem ⇒

Second problem: it doesnt show "critical low battery" after pressing the power ON button as it normaly does when the battery level is zero. Is it possible, that by charging my phone I drained the battery completely, so it doesnt have power to show "critical low battery" warning? Or its something else wrong with my notebook ?

After a battery is depleted (zero volt) it cannot be charged properly anymore, the only solution is to replace the battery: Google Battery with your full Nitro 5 model and compare the part number with the original battery ($50-$60).
