Boot to BIOS with F2 and press F9 (Reset), safe settings on exit and reboot, if still no screen boot to BIOS again with F2 and check in Boot Devices if you are on UEFI and if Windows Boot Manager is at the top, you should be running Windows10. If you don't see that you can try to reset with the Pinhole (with a battery sign) at the back of the laptop if you don't have a pinhole reset the BIOS by removing the CMOS battery discussed on this forum.

  • If the problem continues after trying to reset the battery, try disconnecting the lithium battery and the RTC battery. Then, press the power button for thirty seconds.

I recommend bringing the laptop to Acer Services in your country to reset BIOS to factory defaults and load OEM Windows10, there will be a small charge, $25 in the Philippines. You will lose all your data so consider removing your data drive and mount that in an external USB case (either HDD or SSD). Copy your personal files to another PC, reformat the external drive and reinstall the empty drive in the laptop.
