ACER DESKTOP Aspire K1920 only displays time and date screen after running windows 10 reset

This is an ACER Aspire K1920.

I just did a Windows 10 reset to repurpose this computer. The intention was to update windows after doing so and start from scratch.

After Windows did its thing it finally booted to a Date and time screen with no option to input from the keyboard and no mouse.

I've tried all the steps I've seen here. I even made a windows DVD to try and get into the system.

I am able to get into a network boot screen by using shift F10 but not the bios to change the boot order using F2, Del, or F12. I am aware this is probably a driver issue but there isn't a way to get into it to fix. I did set the network boot to PXE and put an ethernet cable in and when it booted it looked like it was trying to access something.

Before I retire this guy for parts, anyone have any idea how to get past this screen or to access the BIOS to change t he boot order?

Maybe use the FN key with F12 etc

Also try ALT + F10 using FN if necessary.

If you can get into the F12 menu then you may want to try to create a new Windows via an USB drive.

You may also try to jumper the bios test point.

I always think the best reset is to pull the battery and unplug the computer from the wall, overnight.

Replace the battery with new.

Are you able to see the power button? If yes, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:

Press and hold the Shift key while choosing Restart.
Once the blue boot options displays, please click Troubleshoot.

Select Advanced options.

Select Automatic Repair to automatically fix the issue that is preventing Windows from booting properly.

If you don't see the power button on the screen, force a shut down by pressing the power button on your keyboard for 5 seconds and reboot, right after you get the Acer logo press Alt+F10 that will get you the Repair screen and Troubleshoot menu. Alternative after you managed to reset the BIOS, boot with the Windows Recovery flash drive to get the Troubleshoot screen.
