For context, my Acer Predator Helios 300 stopped working out of nowhwre (still turns on but will not boot to windows) and I had to contact support. Support gave a few troubleshooting ideas, nothing worked. Then they offered to send my laptop to them and the process will take 3-5 days. Is Acer support any good? Will they do the job well?
Also, last night I was playing Puyo Puyo Tetris 2 on this laptop and it kept freezing twice out of nowhere. It also wouldn't shut off unless I held down the power button.
