Acer XC-1660G-UW98 HDMI1 & HDMI2 output to monitor is in grayscale

The image is still correct, but there is no color. Is there a solution for this problem. Thank you.

System, Display: Advanced Display: Display Properties for your display OR the color is turned down on the physical monitor menu (monitor menu)

Thanks Larryodie for the response. The monitor is fine. I noticed when I first power on the PC that the color is present, then a few seconds later, the color drops out and the monitor is grayscale or black & white. The display properties, to the best of my ability, seems fine.

Try a new HDMI Cable. I think 2.1 is the newest otherwise, I suppose that you'll have to do a reset (saving your data )

Unless it is possibly just as app related ??

Does the issue happen ever when in the BIOS? If it is only in Windows then the issue is likely something Windows is doing…
