Stereo version of headphones not working on my AN515-57

My JBL live 400bt headphones cannot connect properly to my computer. The only option which it shows me is the JBL live 400bt Hands-free headset which is a poorer quality version and on previous laptops it would show both options. I've updated all relevant drivers and am on latest version of windows 11. It seems like for whatever reason my computer isn't compatible with the higher quality stereo version. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Yes, your AN515-57 has the same dreaded Intel Killer AX1650i Wi-Fi/BT card as my AN515-56 that I've been using for the last 18 months, with my JBL LIVE650BTNC noise cancelling headphones, this cards version 5.2 BT section is VERY problematic to pair with BT headphones, that its just how it is unfortunately with the Nitro laptops,

I've got the JBL LIVE650BTNC noise cancelling headphones and pairing the Bluetooth NOT the Wi-Fi, as the Wi-Fi works 100% on my Nitro AN515-56 laptop with the Killer AX1650i Bluetooth section of this card, its been an absolute nightmare since day 1! the BT Win-11 driver for the AX1650i does NOT update to any other new driver versions and only works with the Acer provided initial BT driver version 22.40.0.2 which is a 2021 driver and even with this driver, its really hard to pair. It use to pair sometimes and then it stopped but it was easy to pair by going to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Devices and just disconnecting and reconnecting the BT, but now I have to actually refresh the BT driver through Device Manager and then reboot the laptop before BT connects to my laptop.

I've had enough of this Intel Killer AX1650i version 5.2 Bluetooth cards problematic pairing problems, I'm just in the process of changing this card and replacing it with the Intel AX211 Wi-Fi 6E or the Intel Wi-Fi 6E AX411 Gig+ that both have the BT version 5.3, as these cards are a one up from the oem Intel Killer AX1650i and will fit and work 100% with my AN515-56, so I will give it a try and see how it goes? I’ve had enough of the connection BT problems of the Intel Killer AX1650i card, I will let the community know how it works out with these new cards, as I will buy both and test them out thoroughly.
