Hello,

I have an Acer Aspire A515. It works perfectly for my needs but I have never been able to project my screen onto my monitor or TV. I have taken my computer to multiple places but they haven't been able to find the problem.

Once you connect the HDMI port it does the animation (Windows 11) to show that a display was connected but it doesn't give out a signal.

I have tried uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling them.

Any thoughts on how to solve this?

It would help if you would give us the exact Aspire A515-XX-XXXX model number that you have, so that we can give you a precise answer. Give us the exact model number as you could be using the wrong HDMI cable its port is faulty or there is something wrong with your USB-C-TBT port, if your laptop has one and is a newer Aspire that has a TBT4 port etc etc as and if you have an image port like a HDMI and a USB-C TBT4 port then you should be able to connect your laptop to a SmartTV or a projector and connect your laptop to a viewing image source(s) through these ports, that is why its important that you give us the exact model number so that we can give you appropriate and correct advice.
