Helios neo 16 rtx4060 the vibration is high and sometimes it is low

Hi good day! I am experiencing a static or slight electrical tingling sensation on my laptop while charging. Is it normal? For me honestly it's not okay, because you can feel that it is charging, you can feel the intensity depending on the outlet where I plugged it in, sometimes the vibration is high and sometimes it is low, but it is always there. Sooner or later it might affect the laptop's performance.

Seeing that your Predator Helios Neo-16 is a new range of an Acer laptop(s), don't do anything to it, as there is no setting that can fix this fault. You need to send your laptop back to Acer Tech Support, as it could have some grounding/power issues which needs to be inspected and diagnosed by an Acer technician as your laptop should not be doing that.

Thanks for your advice. Well the Acer service center saw it today and told me that it is "normal". I still don't believe them. That is the reason why I am asking if there is also someone who is experiencing really need the Acer to know about this issue and I want to confirm that it is really "normal"

It can happen at high altitude in very dry rooms with fiber or wall-to-wall carpet, electrostatic charge, they have gold plated gadgets that you stick on the laptop lid and you have to touch that before opening the lid. I lived in Ulan Bataar-Mongolia and sparks were visible when you touched your laptop (old 17" HP-Compaq 8710 workstation). Never lost data that way but others did because of the charges. Maybe laptop designs have improved over the last 13 years, a ferrite bead on the DC power plug near the power port may help to mitigate electrostatic charges, we used humidifiers and open water bowls to increase the humidity, Google it for advice.
