AN517-55-5354 Acer Nitro sense and Acer care center not working

My ACER care center and Nitro Sense worked fine when I sent my laptop to ACER for repair. I got my computer back and now both programs won't open. I saw someone here mentioned uninstalling Nitro Sense and redownloading it from the ACER driver support link. My issue with this solution is that I do not see any drivers listed for my serial number. Should I contact the Acer repair center again or how do I fix this problem myself?

My 2nd problem I can't find the Acer Care Center app in my program list to try repairing it. Did anyone else have this issue and is there a solution for it? Thanks for all the help provided.

About Acer Care Center, don't bother with that program, it is notorious for hanging in W11 and the Update feature interferes with Windows11 WAU updater. You don't need ACC, all options are available in W11
